Double-Click on the triangle to the right of the screen
you will get the screen below
Press simultaneously alt+d
Enter parameters as above and click on apply, Ok and Close
Double-click on the Internet ADSL icone
Enter parameters as below and click on Dial to connect to internet.
N.B. By default the Sagem Modem is installed with PPPOA VcMux
Open Internet explorer or another browser, type http://192.168.1.1 and Enter
Type the password by default admin and click on Log in
Check PPPOE and click Next.
Type parameters as above and click Next. For PPPOA ,choose VcMux
Click Next
Click on Next and Apply.
Don't forget to click on logout before leaving.
To check the ADSL speed on a Linksys router,perform the following steps :
Open your Browser, type the following link http://192.168.1.1.
Type the username Admin, the password Admin,click on status,and DSL Connection to check the Downstream rate in Kbps
To check your ADSL speed from a Zoom router X4, X5 or X5V, open your browser, type the IP address http://10.0.0.2, and Enter
Enter your username or the default admin and your password or the default admin
Check the downstream rate in Kbps
